Purchased credits cannot be refunded. Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account. They remain in your account for as long as you have an account with us.
Credit expiry
There is no expiry on credits. Your credits never expire, and will stay in your account as long as you have an account with us.
User Content Responsibility
By uploading photos, text, or other materials to Memoro ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent to use and share it. You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or the rights of others. Memoro does not review or monitor all content generated through the platform and does not take responsibility for any User Content created, uploaded, or shared using the service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the videos you generate, and how those videos are shared or used. Memoro disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from User Content generated or distributed through the platform.
Right to remove content
Memoro reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
